At Occupational Therapy For Kidz we can work with you to coordinate your event as you reserve conference space with us or you just want space to rent for your professional workshop.  Since the Covid-19 pandemic, online webinars have become extremely popular, however, some training requires hands-on experience or simply face-to-face.

You need an hour or full day(s)....no problem! Whether you are a well-established company or just starting.....we can work with you!!   For many years we have developed and coordinated workshops in NY. Therefore, we know that the cost of renting space can be expensive.  Compare our price with a hotel booking. With no hidden costs or fees we offer affordable ALL INCLUSIVE packages and after every 5 bookings, you get the 6th for 10% off. With the economical challenges of today, lowering the cost of space rental can optimistically help keep down the cost of your workshops, seminars, training and other types of meetings.

 

What do you get?

• Our space fits 18 to 35 participants depending upon your set up. Use of the Sensory gym may be optional.

• We are located 15 minutes from JFK airport and about 20-25 minutes from LaGuardia Airport during rush hour. 

•  Hotels are conveniently located approximately 10-15 minutes away. 

• The Long Island Railroad is approximately 10 minutes away. 

• We have the Q4 bus stop directly in front of our facility.

• Rates may include light breakfast and snacks for your break

• Multiple eateries are in close distance

• Free private parking and free street parking available!

• We may assist you in marketing your event

• We provide assistance with set up and clean up

• The use of a portable screen and projector may be requested (you are responsible for technical compatibility)

You are responsible for your own Lodging and Travel and have complete control over registering and collecting fees from your clients.
