This is only for the "Kidz"! Ages 5-13 years old. This is their time!! Children are engaged in team building. Sensory Motor Group activities and Group Exercises are incorporated with Game Night! Children have fun while provided with support to develop social interaction and pragmatic skills with their peers. The use of fun sensory enriched strategies are used to develop calm bodies and focusing skills while engaging with friends. This program also has a fine motor segment while enjoying healthy snacks with friends. Coordinated and designed by occupational therapists and owners of OT For Kidz.
Child Must Be able to:
Separate from parent in a reasonable amount of time
Function in a small group
Follow simple instructions
Tolerate physical activities
Have verbal skills
